QWETU DT SACCO has a rich and progressive history rooted in the cooperative movement in Kenya. The SACCO was founded in 1968 by approximately 200 visionary teachers in Taita Taveta County, who came together to pool part of their salaries with the aim of improving their financial and social well-being.
